The “Core and Cuddles” six-week series combines active movement and educational support to help new moms rebuild strength, reconnect with their core, and stabilize their pelvic floor while bonding with their babies. This progressive program takes you from gentle breathwork to functional exercises, leaving you feeling stronger, more confident, and ready for the demands of motherhood—plus plenty of cuddles along the way!

Our restorative flow class offers a calming, supportive flow designed to help you reset and recharge, relieving tension before or after a busy week. With 5-7 gentle poses and the use of props, this class provides deep relaxation and relief for common pregnancy and postpartum discomforts, making it perfect for all parents, including those new to yoga.

Dance with your baby! Wear your baby and dance to an eclectic playlist. This experience brings fun to exercise and connection through closeness and motion stimulating tactile and auditory senses simultaneously. No dance experience needed. Movements will be simple, repetitive and easy to follow. Suitable for babies of any age who are comfortable and supported in a carrier.
