Prenatal/Postnatal Pump is an energizing full-body workout combining strength, cardio, and stretching to safely support both pregnant and postpartum bodies. With modifications for all fitness levels, this class helps you ease back into movement, boost energy, and strengthen your body while connecting with a supportive community of parents.

Our restorative flow class offers a calming, supportive flow designed to help you reset and recharge, relieving tension before or after a busy week. With 5-7 gentle poses and the use of props, this class provides deep relaxation and relief for common pregnancy and postpartum discomforts, making it perfect for all parents, including those new to yoga.

Dance with your baby! Wear your baby and dance to an eclectic playlist. This experience brings fun to exercise and connection through closeness and motion stimulating tactile and auditory senses simultaneously. No dance experience needed. Movements will be simple, repetitive and easy to follow. Suitable for babies of any age who are comfortable and supported in a carrier.
