This 4-week series is designed to empower pregnant people and their support partners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to navigate birth with joy and assurance. Through a blend of evidence-based information and practical techniques, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum.

Jenn is a DONA-trained birth doula, certified childbirth educator, and prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher. Her approach blends breathwork, movement, and mindfulness to help birthing people connect with their innate wisdom. She believes birth is a collective experience and is passionate about fostering community, education, and empowerment for new parents.

Elizabeth is a labor and postpartum nurse and certified childbirth educator with over 10 years of experience. She is also a mom to three wonderful kids! Through her work supporting births over the last decade, Elizabeth has seen one thing over and over again: movement is magical! She is passionate about sharing evidence-based ways you can create comfort and ease for both your pregnancy and birth through balance and movement!

She has over a decade of clinical experience working with patients and clients, and 6+ years of experience in the prenatal space. Her practice, Well-Fed Mamas, offers virtual 1:1 prenatal nutrition and wellness counseling.
